Fitness is a huge part of my life and the biggest reason for me becoming a personal trainer is to help share the benefits that come with regular exercise. Training with me is not just about how you look on the outside it's about how strong, happy and confident you can feel on the inside. I understand that being healthy and fit looks and feels different for everyone, it's about working with what you've got to become the best version of yourself.
By combining a mixture of training methods I believe I have developed a training style suited to most and have gained awesome results with my clients from performance and weight loss, to mental health, energy levels, confidence and feeling strong, enabling my clients to tackle everyday living. With a huge focus on Core strengthening inspired by pilates, Functional movements, Bodyweight circuits, cardio and fun my aim is to make you enjoy exercise while getting your stronger, fitter and feeling amazing!

Health Hub is an exclusive Personal Training Studio based in the heart of Khandallah, Wellington. We offer a space for everyone from young teens to our older population to feel comfortable to achieve greatness through exercise. Health Hub offers more than just Personal Training by providing you with the tools you need to achieve wellness through Exercise, Coaching and Nutrition.
Unlike other gyms we do not offer a membership option. By keeping the studio exclusive and only open to those booked in for a PT session allows us to have our full attention on you as our client. We also believe by offering a semi private space you will feel more comfortable and confident to train in.
